Excellent upper, even better customer service April 12, 2024 Reviewer: Javi from Austin, TX   Received my upper around 2 weeks ago. Have almost 1k rounds through it. Upper runs as expected, no malfunctions and excellent accuracy. The deal Fortress had for the upper was second to none. I was so excited when I found this website that I accidentally ordered the MK116 instead of the MK111. I quickly ordered the correct upper after realizing the mistake. Before I could open my email to cancel the order, Mike texted me and confirmed both uppers were bought on purpose. I clarified I only meant to buy the MK111, and the first order was cancelled and refunded immediately. Upper was shipped next day. I can’t stress this enough, this upper is excellent. Believe it or not, but this company is even better. Lifetime customer from here on out for sure. Was this review helpful to you?

The way things should be April 11, 2024 Reviewer: Orren Lilly from Corpus Christi, TX   Communication, service, and product are exactly the way things should be. I was contacted quickly after my order, and given at ETA for shipment. Any questions I had were quickly answered. The product was top-notch and delivered in time. Couldn't ask for more. Awesome April 9, 2024 Reviewer: Vincent from Newtown, CT   Living in CT, it's hard to find places that sell any AR parts to me. I messaged him on a Sunday at 5PM and to my surprise, he responded instantly. I put the order through that night and got the confirmation the same day. By Monday it was on its way. Estimated 2-day shipping. Not a single big online gun store I've ordered from has come close to the service and speed of this. I've never written a review anywhere, but for this I had to. PWS Alpha April 4, 2024 Reviewer: David from Ocala, FL   Very happy with the PWS Alpha rifle! The quality and condition of the rifle is top-notch. Mine has cosmetic blemishes in the anodizing, but I was made aware of this condition prior to the purchase, and it was priced accordingly. I figure after a couple of uses the rifle will wind up with cosmetic blemishes anyway. The rifle was packaged well and shipped to my ffl in a timely manner. Review on Fortress March 16, 2024 Reviewer: N. Gonzalez from TX, USA   I am building a pistol and haven't had a chance to use the upper yet since I'm waiting on a trigger to come in, but my experience with Fortress Tactical has been excellent. I stumbled across their site specifically looking for this upper. At first I was skeptical because I had never heard of them before, but I read up on them a bit and only saw positive reviews. My experience has been the following: 1. Best price ANYWHERE on the upper I was looking for, and that was without a coupon code or anything. 2. Fast shipping and packaged well! 3. Great communication!!! Incredibly responsive and very informative!! Within a week of the upper buy, I purchased a pistol buffer tube. Same exact experience again.
