What a machine July 16, 2026 Reviewer: Mark from NJ, USA   Totally awesome experience with Fortress Tactical. We exchanged some emails, and easy decision to say yes. Finally had a chance to take my new toy to the range, and everything went perfect. Real happy with this Caracal 816. Really a winner! Great customer service! Recommend! Excellent customer service July 2, 2026 Reviewer: Todd from AZ, USA   Excellent customer service! I purchased a PWS 300 Blackout AR upper, and received an email from Mike right away saying the order was being processed. Would rate 6 stars if I could June 5, 2026 Reviewer: Jason from VA, USA   Wanted to pick up another high-end AR before Virginia's draconian gun laws take effect. Settled on a PWS MK114 Mod-2.  Looking around, Fortress Tactical had the best selection and deals, and universally positive reviews. Went with the Kodiak Brown finish. Ordered late Friday, sent my FFL's info to Mike, and he literally responded 2 mins later that he would have the rifle out first thing Monday, and it was. Got to my FFL, and we did the transfer today (Wed). Rifle is gorgeous. I can't recommend Mike and Fortress Tactical highly enough. Fortress Tactical is my go-to source for anything PWS-related. Mike runs a tight ship, has great pricing, shipping times are more than reasonable, and he's a fantastic communicator. Customer Service May 22, 2026 Reviewer: Tony Tucker from Kremmling, CO   I have been looking for a PWS for awhile. Was looking on Fortress Tactical's website and did not find what I was looking for. Mike reached out with a text just asking if he could help. I never respond to anonymous emails or text messages, but this time I felt it was legit. That initial contact made me keep an eye on a website I hadn't heard of before, and ultimately ended up with the product I had been looking for.  I had a couple questions in the process and Mike responded immediately. This has been the best experience I have ever had purchasing a firearm! Reading some of the comments early on, the consensus was fast shipping. I can attest to that to be true!
