Great customer service/processing time November 7, 2023 Reviewer: Mark Kington from Rural Hall, NC   Reached out via email with with questions on another model, and reply was within 30 minutes. Purchased a MK116 Mod1 rifle, and it shipped the next day - arriving at my FFL two days later. Great service, zero issues. Will buy again once stock comes in on the MK216. Great customer service February 10, 2023 Reviewer: Ross from OR, USA   Got a great price on a MK116 mod 1. Rifle came as a blem (it happens everywhere). Could have said it wasn’t their fault, or just directed me to the factory. They made the situation right. Would absolutely do business again, and plan to.
