Awesome April 9, 2024 Reviewer: Vincent from Newtown, CT   Living in CT, it's hard to find places that sell any AR parts to me. I messaged him on a Sunday at 5PM and to my surprise, he responded instantly. I put the order through that night and got the confirmation the same day. By Monday it was on its way. Estimated 2-day shipping. Not a single big online gun store I've ordered from has come close to the service and speed of this. I've never written a review anywhere, but for this I had to. Was a skeptic, now believer November 20, 2023 Reviewer: H. Abel from Magnolia, TX   You know when you see too many good reviews, you kind of wonder is it BS at this point. Crossed my mind, but best price made me take a chance on ordering the MOD2 14” upper. Ordered, immediately received order confirmation (no biggie), received processed confirmation shortly after (well that was quick), and shipping confirmation in hours (no way), then at door that afternoon. (Not really, but it seemed like it. I think it was 48 hours from order to the door.) This is the quality and care that makes me proud of our country. The PWS MOD2 is the real deal. I like the ambi setup better than LW and just a hair under ADM/ADAC. If PWS would put a larger, more rugged slide release, mag release, safety, etc., on there, they’d be second to none. Best prices around June 3, 2023 Reviewer: DJV from Hercules, CA   The PWS MK114 is one of the best piston uppers you can get in my opinion - build quality and reliability is excellent. Fortress Tactical has the best prices around, and Mike has great customer service. Purchased items a day or two apart, and I didn’t even have to contact them to combine my shipping. PWS Mk 114 Mod 2 May 30, 2023 Reviewer: Iowa Veteran Weapon Developer from Homestead, IA   I have four recent PWS rifles. Two are 2020 BRN-180s, a 2023 Mk 218 in 6.5 CM, and a 2023 Mk 114 Mod 2 in 223.  All are fine rifles, and easily comparable to my LWRC M6A3, LMT, HK, FN, GWOT era Colt 6920, IWI, CZ Bren 2MS, and others. My perspective comes from three decades in the defense industry developing new weapons and seven years in the US Army.  While I'm not overly fond of proprietary components, I understand the process to enhance existing designs to make improvements. The 114 is the lightest AR-derived upper, with an excellent selection of components and a clean operating system. If I had to run out the door after grabbing only one rifle, it would be a PWS.
