Great customer service! Saturday, October 10, 2026 Reviewer: Jacob Alefs from Phoenix, AZ   I am not new to buying firearms or NFA items. However, I was new to the FFL transfer of an NFA item from an online dealer. All I can say is Mike made it so easy! Any reservations I may have had about the process were erased by his prompt responses and thorough explanation of the process. Will definitely check his inventory first from now on anything PWS! Mike is the absolute best Friday, September 25, 2026 Reviewer: Jake from Harlingen, TX   Ordered my MK111 on a Thursday night. Mike walked me through getting my FFL squared away, and had it shipped out the very next day. Fortress Tactical is the only place you should be looking for your PWS products. Will be buying another VERY SOON. Was this review helpful to you?

Highly Recommend Fortress Tactical Friday, September 4, 2026 Reviewer: Kris from Greer, SC   I contacted Mike on a Sunday afternoon thinking I may get a response sometime Monday. Oddly enough, Mike responded that very same Sunday and answered all of my questions as best he could, while communicating with another customer at the same time. I was impressed. Thank you Mike! I was able to place my order online, and Mike shipped out the PWS MK111 Compound to my local FFL ASAP. I will definitely continue to do future business with Mike and get the Fortress Tactical name out there to anyone who will listen. I am currently waiting for the PWS MK110 Alpha to drop on the Fortress Tactical web page, hoping to be able to secure one of those limited edition ODG anodized. Thank you, Mike at Fortress Tactical!
