The Primary Weapons MK118 MOD2 upper features 18" 416 stainless steel barrel, MLOK handguard with integrated front Picatinny rail sections, lightweight receiver with eliminated forward assist, FSC compensator and PWS long-stroke piston system with 3-position adjustable gas block.
