So we all know PWS makes great products. I simply won't hunt with any other rifles, however the service Mike provides to his customers is what sealed the deal for me being a customer for life. I like to think I buy from professional/reputable companies with a solid track record of customer service, but no matter how good others may be - they never surpass Mike. He is simply the best no questions asked. Professional, courteous, always there to lend a hand and will reply to your questions within minutes, sometimes even seconds. Only one complaint, the adjustable SBA4 on the buffer tube was extremely difficult to pull out or adjust. The ambi features were really stiff, but should be fine once you break it in. Everything was intact the way it should be, no loose parts, nothing coming undone - perfect for my fellow lefty's!

Everything on these lowers is top shelf - ambidextrous controls, lightweight unit, SBA4 brace. Glove fit (no rattle) to my uppers.
