The MOD1 MK109 Primary Weapons upper in caliber 300 Blackout features MLOK handguard, FRC suppressor-ready compensator, 9.75" barrel, PWS long-stroke piston system, adjustable gas block & Radian charging handle.

PWS advises the use of supersonic 110 to 130 grain ammo on this platform. Running ammunition heavier than 130 grain can adversely affect cycling unless a suppressor is utilized.

Quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail on this piston upper. Create a perfect suppressor host with the adjustable gas block. Long stroke piston packs a little more of a punch than DI, but barely noticeable. It’s still very controllable, and a hoot to shoot. Pro tip: pair it with a proper PWS buffer and it shoots super soft.
