I don't typically leave reviews, but Mike at Fortress Tactical has some of the best customer service I've seen. He made it really easy to coordinate the FFL transfer, which is really nice - especially when dealing with an online retailer. I'd definitely do business with him again.

My third purchase from Mike was, as usual, perfect. I went to Ranger Guns here in San Antonio and had them email their FFL to Mike. It took me 5 minutes to drive home. I looked at my phone, and Mike had already shipped the lower. Mike consistently delivers unparalleled service, the best I've seen. Don't hesitate to place your trust in Mike. He won't let you down. AND, the lower is awesome.

I originally went to the site looking for PWS lower. Shortly after, I received a text message indicating if I had any questions they’re more than willing answer. The service I got was personable, and I was able to get my FFL information to him easily. Within days I receive my lower boxed appropriately. Mike was amazing, and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.

Upon browsing previous customer experiences of this limited liability company I had to wonder if these were all family relatives of someone called Mike. However, Mike answered all my questions promptly (silly or not) - without delay. Within five minutes I had purchased my PWS lower. There is no comparison with this customer service rep. I had to cancel other purchases from Botach for their failure to respond to my inquiries on a timely basis. Mike will be my standard of excellent customer service - unparalleled in any other company!
