Amazing experience April 20, 2024 Reviewer: Mike from NJ, USA   Customer service is outstanding. Followed up with some questions (I am a fairly new firearm owner), and was walked through everything I needed to know. Also after paying full price they reached back out to let me know how to get a better price. If anything, Fortress Tactical looks out for the customer. And the upper is flawless. Not a hiccup yet. Excellent upper, even better customer service April 12, 2024 Reviewer: Javi from Austin, TX   Received my upper around 2 weeks ago. Have almost 1k rounds through it. Upper runs as expected, no malfunctions and excellent accuracy. The deal Fortress had for the upper was second to none. I was so excited when I found this website that I accidentally ordered the MK116 instead of the MK111. I quickly ordered the correct upper after realizing the mistake. Before I could open my email to cancel the order, Mike texted me and confirmed both uppers were bought on purpose. I clarified I only meant to buy the MK111, and the first order was cancelled and refunded immediately. Upper was shipped next day. I can’t stress this enough, this upper is excellent.
